Here's a question for everyone, who's better Rodgers or Cunha? I'd also question his advisers, just let him develop where he's comfortable and then look to make the big move when he's 24 or 25. I'd go with Rogers ahead of Cunha.

If it doesn't work out you get the second change a step down later.

Let them mature where they're in a settled environment, getting games, slightly less pressure and then move when they're ready. Far too many players make the big move before they're ready. Rodgers is what? 24? Plenty old enough pretty much near his peak in modern football tbh.

I’ve actually been very underwhelmed by him this season, was expecting a Cantona like impact. I was convinced if we signed him (and kept Isak) we were heading for a title challenge. Funny how things turn out. If you've been underwhelmed by Cunha I'm not sure you've watched him much. He's been absolutely class. Miles better than Mbeumo as well. His ball-carrying is frightening and even when he's not having a good day he picks himself up and never shies away from the ball. I actually can't believe there were concerns about his work-rate, mainly because of that walking stat that was floating about. He's like a dog. A bit part of us performing much better this season is that all of the new players never stop working. The only signing for us better in the summer was Lammens. Get a fat contract as soon as you can.

Heck of a windfall, hopefully gives us half a chance of building a decent team for L2.

I’ve been underwhelmed as I rate him so highly that I expected him to be equivalent to Cantana. If you hold him in the same regard then great, but for me having watched the 90s team and last years Man U extensively I just don’t believe Cunha has hit that level. I think it’s perfectly reasonable for me to be underwhelmed so far, and I still expect a lot more to come 👍

I don't think the gap between National League and League 2 is that big, so if they invest it well they should give themselves a chance of a strong season. Talk from the owners is that they want to go for promotion again next season

Didn’t he rule out Olise? Said something like “not Kane, Olise, Doku, Haaland, not a Prem player” You google him and you see “not Olise” and then other tweets say “is Olise”.
