Really feels like an easy group for Brazil.

I don't know. I'm sure they'll qualify from the group but both Serbia and Switzerland are decent teams and Costa Rica made it to the QFs last time.

This. I don't see us winning comfortably against any of the teams. Expecting us to having to get a result last day to make sure we qualify as top in this group.

Brazil's attacking options are so much better than 4 years ago.

Neymar/Fred/Hulk/Oscar/Bernard vs Neymar/Jesus/Firmino/Coutinho/Douglas Costa

Plus the midfield is stronger and two top quality keepers. Only Dani Alves being injured weakens a position from last time.

Even just at centre forward it's borderline miraculous like. They've gone from being forced to start a player as bad as Fred, to being in a position where they can have a player as great as Firmino on the bench.

If those two 17 year olds Real Madrid have spent 100 million come anywhere close to justifying the price tags then they're pretty well set for the next decade.

I don't think Vinicius Jr will ever justify his pricetag, although I'm extremely intrigued by Rodrygo. The way he runs with the ball stuck to his feet is a bit Messi and Maradona-esque.  Scored a hattrick the other day in the league. Turned 17 in January. Ridiculously talented.

By the way. What happened to that Brazilian Bernard guy? According to Wiki he just left Shakhtar on a free. Still only 25.

Is currently being linked with all and sundry across Europe.
