Close and competitive group. Intrigued to see how this one goes.

It is but think people are overrrating Japan a bit. Don't see how they're even close to the other sides. Expect Colombia to win it and Senegal to squeeze through as 2nd placed. Kamil Gliks injury is going to cost Poland from advancing.

Think Colombia are a dark horse for the whole thing. There's not one team they can't beat on a good day. Good offensive players in James, Cuadrado, Falcao, Bacca and Muriel a long with a lot of steel defensively and in midfield. Extremely physical side.

Yeah Colombia are certainly a threat. I think Poland will nibble second behind Colombia, but it will be tight IMO.

I like Colombia to go far. On paper Senegal's team looks strong going forward but a bit lightweight at the back - has anyone watched much of them?

Don’t know enough about any of the teams, but the randomness of the teams in the same group should throw up some good matches you’d hope.

Technical but poor side. Saw them in a friendly against Brazil in November. There's no way Colombia doesn't win this. Not going to be too easy, but they'll win it by a goal or two.

 At least if they are technical I'm hoping for an open game.
