No salt and pepper?  :huff:

 

Shouldn't really need pepper. It's far too overused in foods anyway, proper ingredients shouldn't need masking with pepper (obviously there are exceptions, like on a great steak). Salt on the other hand helps enrich taste.

 

Go to a top kitchen and you'll find pepper used sparingly.
