I genuinely can't believe how shameless the players that were asking for Ronaldo's shirt were.

After that performance and such a poor start to the season on the whole, right there on the pitch with all the cameras following Ronaldo up and down, and they're after his shirt

Loved the fact he had already seemingly agreed to give it to someone else after, and fobbed them all off. It was all so cringeworthy man

Fucking fed up of this cunt like.

The bar is so low that because he manages to string the odd pass together, he looks alright.

He ruins so many chances. Falls apart anytime he gets anywhere near their goal, absolutely useless as a forward player.

You might have spent 20m out your own pocket on this cunt Mike, but you may as well have flushed it down the toilet you fat fuck.

He's just not a goalscorer and we shouldn't be asking him to play in that position ever. Rather Gayle than him there, it's increasingly worrying how weak our backup striker position is - most fans could have pointed that out but according to Bruce we've like 5 options there?

He was pretty good except near the goal.

Always been the case since day one. In which case you need to get other players in the box and use him solely as a target man. That rarely happens, he ends up on the end of chances far too much himself with no one else getting in there. There's no sign of any understanding of player roles, they all seem to be making it up as they go along.

The performance today is a good Joelinton performance, which considering how incredibly the bar has been set for him is still not good enough for this league, he does a lot of things right but the minute we get into the final third he shits himself, similar to Almiron who has been doing the same since he joined, ASM is the only one who attacks with real intent.

For me he has one position and that's the 10 behind the striker. With 4 behind rather than 3 in front (so traditional 4411). Have 1 ahead of him and 3 of 4 midfielders behind bursting forward to support leaves him in possession in the opposition half with 3 or 4 options to pass, then support and join in. No one plays that anymore though. We couldnt.

It's his only chance of ever looking half decent. I agree.

Not sure why we have never seen him playing off Wilson, with Almiron out left, ASM out right, and a midfield of say Hayden and Willock, with Willock playing more of a box to box role and so getting forward late on.

That way there's lots of speed around him and others that are looking to score and he can just find space and link up with them all, and maybe score by accident once in a while ...

We dont have the personnel or the management to pull off 4-4.
