I’ve missed excuse bingo. It’s good to have it back. Let’s get a list going with some of the reasons he will give for our impending humping at the weekend.

1. A game in the capital is always tough.

2. The weather was to hot

3. Sunday afternoon kick off meant I missed the all you can eat at Toby Carvery.

Injuries 100% this time

As a massive UKG fan I think he'll go:

With a little bit of luck, we can make it through the game

We done, fuss and fight, we done, fuss and fight

Joelinton drop it with the rhythm and the runs

Joelinton drop it with the bad miss time

Shout out to the away crowd sound

With a little bit of luck, we can make it through next game

I think the players will be prepared to work extremely hard this match. Tottenham would need an early goal for the despair and capitulation to set in if they want to win big. The longer they manage to keep a clean sheet the more motivated the players will get.

It will still end up as a loss as the nerves will set in towards the end.

Also, this all feels mildly like that 0-1 game where Krul made a billion saves.

More likely the dark day against Liverpool when Shay Given was MOTM in a 5-1 thrashing.

aye they'll not need to get out of 1st gear and end up winning by at least 2 imo

probs won't be a proper dicking as poch will sub people out/rest them

hope it's a boot on the neck type exercise in devastation personally

Tottenham's team v Citeh: Lloris ©, Walker-Peters, Alderweireld, Sanchez, Rose, Winks, Sissoko, Ndombele, Eriksen, Lamela, Kane

Brewcie's boys are toast :mackems:

Imagine Winks, Sissoko and Ndombele streaming past Ki, Shelvey and Hayden all day. Or Lascelles, Dummett and Schar trying to contain Eriksen, Lamela and Kane. I'm sure Almiron and Muto will find away past... oh.

The bank holiday traffic was bonkers, it most definitely had some impact on the players.
