We were pretty good first half whilst we sustained an attacking threat, however from the restart we were pretty much just holding on. Chelsea definitely improved and began finding more intricate passing patterns which affected our shape. As others have said - our subs didn't help our cause, they were a shot in the dark and pretty much meant our only way of scoring was going to be a set piece.

ASM had a decent first 20 mins but that was it from us as an attacking point of view.Thought Schar was good again albeit with some dodgy passing and Clark was solid.

Convinced Alonso should have been sent off, had no intent to play the ball and was a petulant challenge when he didn't win a freekick

Just got back to my flat - a few decent counter attacks first half. Second half atrocious, could have been a fair few more, they missed some sitters.

Carroll is fucked - he can't jump very high anymore.

Totally forgot this was on today. Assumed it was another Sunday afternoon kick off. Oh well, probably done myself a favour.

To be fair we weren't terrible until Bruce started meddling and it all went to shit. Dogged display but we could have played all day and not scored, maybe Rafa was right about Joelinton, crazy right?

Dubravka should have done better with their goal, just like against Liverpool and the 3 or 4 howlers he made last season too, average goalkeeper living off a great debut.

Yeah, Dubravka is nothing special.  Decent Prem goalkeeper.  Would look out of place at a bigger club.

Well yea, that's why he plays for us.
