Every kid/coach starting out should have that hammered home to them because it’s a ruthless and unforgiving game at times and we wouldn’t label a kid a loser if their writing wasn’t 100% or their reading or maths, football should always be a learning curve for everyone and of course a game of fun at grassroots level.
