Aye, Saivet took a knock in the last game so is doubtful for it. Shame too, as he has been banging them in of late and he’s the perfect foil for Shearer. Will be a big miss.

This line up with the exception of Dummett and Fernandez for Clark and Lewis. As Steve has never had the chance to play Fraser and ASM together, I’d expect them both in the line up to....unless he’s forgotten he said that, in which  case expect the midfield work horse that is Jonjo Shelvey to be included.

"Yuh naw, they're a very, very good side and what Noonaw has done there is fantastic. But, yuh naw, wuh prepared to have a gaw and I hope wuhl have enough in the tank to get a result."

:notbad:

We played very well?! We were horrendous and lucky as hell to get a point!

Difficult one to predict tonight; he'll be happy with a draw.

From Mike Ashley/Steve Bruce's point of view, a game is only 'must-win' if anything less means going into the relegation zone. A point would therefore be useful as it ensures 17th and buys us another roll of the dice next weekend, regardless of what the other teams do. Even a defeat isn't the end of the world as long as Fulham lose as well.

So, if you're Mike Ashley/Steve Bruce, it's impossible to say it's a 'must-win,' because we won't know if it was until Sunday afternoon.

Now do we want a win to help stay up and improve any chances of a takeover. Or do we want to lose in the hope Bruce gets the bullet and we bring in someone half competent who can keep us and help with any future takeover. Or do we carry on smothering ourselves in total ambivalence and not give a fuck about the result as nothing will change. It’s so fucking confusing being a supporter nowadays.

Barely even worth a thought at this point imo.

He'll be telling the players that it is an honour just to be on the same pitch as these great Wolves players

Aye. His bs about being quietly confident will be exposed when the lads turn in another passive performance on our way to defeat.
