rgk_lfc
The Indian one day team is starting to look good atleast at home. Replacing Dhawan and Rahul with Gill and Ishan Kishan seems to be paying a lot of dividends. Shubman Gill's last six one day knocks are: 208 out of 149 balls, 40 out of 53 balls, 112 out of 78 balls, 70 out of 60 balls, 21 out of 12 balls, 116 out of 97 balls. His one day career until now is 1254 runs at an average of 74 and strike rate of 110. He plays with a panache reminiscent of he greats. He looks some talent. Obviously, we are not as good as England but with Gill, Kishan, Sky, Pandya and Rohit Sharma and Kohli finding form, the Indian one day team is starting to look very competitive. We also have Jadeja and Bumrah returning from injury and our bowling is starting to fire also. We are missing a quality spinner.

On another note, is Curran the best white ball bowler around at the moment? He just seems so smart with how he bowls, and can read the game situation incredibly well, given he's and explosive player, i'm kind of surprised he's not been included in a test squad under Bazball. Dr.Spaceman Posted Friday at 18:57 Share Posted Friday at 18:57 Good win for SA that. Should have turned the screw in the middle order but we were as weak as I've seen us for ages. Some really poor dismissals from Buttler and Ali.

Think he's prioritising the Test series in New Zealand, as he flew out their 2/3 days ago. So that Harry Brook is going to be some player huh?
