Aside from evidence hinted with the CAT hearing, they have already publicly stated about the fact they were not informed of a strictly confidential process involving NDAs and then we also have the other event of holding a meeting between the clubs and purposely not having NUFC in attendance. Need a calculation on how much SD sponsorship would have been worth if MA had been paying proper value for it. I seem to remember the official figure reported was just over 100K? Comparing the clubs fanbase, plus TV showings and viewing figures to other clubs and their sponsorship deals. The other clubs can argue whatever they want, but the argument that past deals have to be a firm guide for future deals would hold no water at all. It's an idiotic argument to begin with as "market value" is quite clearly abstract. If I had a company and I thought it would give me value for my money to spend £100 mill on advertising at St. James' Park, that's the market value.
