So......adding 2 and 2 and possibly getting 5.... Arbitration is adjourned pending the restructure of PIF's UK companies... The structure of PIF's UK companies is a known stumbling block as to the separation of PIF from the Saudi Royal Family.... If the structure is revised to the satisfaction of all concerned.... It does appear to clarify a legal separation beween the company (controlled by separate directors) and PIF (Alledgedly/probably controlled by the Royal Family). Agree it almost certainly isn’t but as is the case with supporting Newcastle under Mike Ashley nothing would surprise me especially when he will be aware of the unrest after the transfer window.
