John P
Needs dropping for Hall and move Tino to right back. His level seems to have dropped a bit this season, even on the ball he's been really sloppy
Fak
Eh what's going on here man. Rashford lost every 1v1 against Trippier tonight Trippier was decent

lovejoy
Looked like he asked to come off injured from where I was sat
Norseman
Always some knackers coming out with shit takes after a loss. Trippier was fine. Won most of his duels with Rashford. Be good if he can get a rest here and there though. We need some rotation for the wing backs

Kyle Walker, one of the very best right backs in PL history, just signed for Burnley at 35. Trippier is 35 soon. It's normal. He did well defensively today, but he doesn't have the same pace and energy to his game anymore. Also, I have absolutely no idea why we are still giving him set pieces. They stink 99% of the time. Jordan
I love Tripps but would happily never see him take a set piece for us again.

We need some rotation for the wing backs Fwiw my comment was more one based on his season overall and the fact we've got Hall waiting on the bench rather than his performance last night. He was ok last night, but his quality on the ball hasn't been there this season, his set pieces were shite again and I think we're a much better team with Hall in it

Tsunami
He had cramp he couldn’t get rid of. It was noticeable in the 2nd half especially that somehow Barca managed to create 2 on 2 situations on their left with Rashford and Lewa up against Tripps & Schar; with no other player within 15 yards of them. This happened at least 3 times and had to be deliberate to get Rashford up against Tripps. They’d draw play to the right midway in their own half, Rashford/ Lewa would hold position wide left and play would be switched quickly when our players gravitated towards the play. SteV
It was definitely just cramp he went off with, but equally, given the short turnaround for Bournemouth, it’s probably wise to sit him out of that one.
gbandit
Think Gordon had cramp, Trippier had cramp and Tonali had cramp in that match, possibly others that I missed. Players were absolutely at their limit
Mattoon
Thought he had Rashford on toast last night, stopped everything down our right hand side, Trashford only scored from set pieces by losing his marker and that wasn't on Trippier. Having said that, my preferred line up would be Hall and Livramento but Trippier still has a lot to offer this team.

Other than one moment where he gambled on nicking the ball and Rashford having a free run from half way, I thought he was good. I don't think I could fault anyone tbh. Few moments where we lacked a bit of quality (two chances first-half for Gordon and Barnes) and Burn poor clearance, thought we did well.
Optimistic Nut
I wish he'd trusted his left-foot when he managed to cut inside into a scoring opportunity as well mind.
gbandit
More complacent passing today in our own half that let them attack us. Delivered a lovely switch ball to Tonali but I’m finding it frustrating how lazy he’s been with short passing this season
RobsonsWonderland
With inverted wingers he should really be our key crosser of the ball. Seems to have no confidence in his ability, I wonder if his hamstring is holding him back

Pilko
I thought he was poor for the first half an hour and then grew into it. He was very good second half.
