Respect your opinion and understand you don’t like other fans coming into your club, this is why we stick to our own group. I’ve followed feyenoord through the years at home and across Europe. Stood side by side against opposition fans when it came on top especially in Marseille”

Imagine how gutted this spangle is that he’s has to adopt a football team to watch European football and is then rejected by that clubs fans. Sad Mackem Bastard personified .

Been there once when they were still playing Premier League. Boring cancer club with 30,000 downies in the stands.

Well grim as that thread is I did enjoy reading the 'Sunderland's biggest transfer coup' thread.

Gyan, Wickham, Gordon, Nonceson, RIchardson and Giacherinni mentioned by the OP as possibilities.

Damning by feint praise, their self annointed massiveness.

What big club would consider any of them a coup?

Love the way they all know someone who knew him and that he was never a football fan [emoji38]

Like Shearer getting his kitchen remodelled about 50 times in 10 years.

This summer will be fucking killing them, toon tops all over the shop at the festivals where Fender’s playing. It’s almost feeling like the Keegan era again and we haven’t even started yet.

Nah, they're clinging to weird shit like us not being able to afford Ekitike and signing Burnley rejects and "Villa's third choice LB" meaning our owners are just grifters and we're going to get relegated.

This will see them through for a good while yet. They'll then invent something else to fixate on to deflect from reality.

This is very true. They make up bullshit to comfort themselves but then when that bullshit backfires they make up another load of bullshit until that one backfires too. The cycle just carries on repeating. Just a coping mechanism to get them through what is really killing them inside!

That's exactly what it is, a coping mechanism

They think the appointment of the CEO is a bad sign because none of us knew who he was yesterday

What they ignore to help cope with the situation is that 1) It's a role we've never had before, which shows how serious the owners are 2) His CV is credible 3) Ask the majority of football fans and they'd struggle to name more than 1 or 2 CEO's

But instead they think it's "funny" and it's a true sign of the owners not being who we think they are

Bang on. They’re like Bairns.

They’re getting excited about signing players they’ve never heard of (which I’m not knocking, fair enough tbh) but then in the other breath coming out with shit like that.

If it was the other way round and I’d looked into Eales’ credentials, I’d be worried about they could become.

The problem with SAFC fans in general is, they had been revelling in the takeover failing for over a year and then overnight, they had to cope with the rug being pulled from beneath their feet, and the exact opposite of what they knew to be true all of a sudden becoming real. That's where the 'think of the children' faux outrage sprang from.

Their copium? "haha they're jealous of US being proper fans!", "Imagine supporting a murderous regime", "Look at her, she ugly lol", "It's not going like they planned!!" "Burnley players? where's Mbappe??" JLaws spending the day pulling stats out his arse. Skellington and Beats Bears crywanking their days away wishing PIF had bought Internazionale instead.

More specifically, the problem with exile is - this was his entire life, and now...well, he's fucked. Look at his response, on a daily basis - a shattered, broken man with only one purpose, to make right what he got so wrong. But at least he gets to crack one out over the older, plumper ladies when he's done.

Here's the reality - SAFC don't matter anymore, and haven't for about 5 years now. Winning a 3rd division play-off against (?) meant nowt to no-one. No-one is jealous, your position in the league is not a concern, so crack on.

As a PS, I'll put this in here for any mackem floating by. The disgraceful casual racism of 'camel' this and 'camel' that, "head choppers" etc. Can you stop doing it? After all, we know you're the 'classy supporters' of the NE right?
