And the stands themselves haven't been improved. They're the same as they were two seasons ago. Absolutely staggering!! Honestly NUFC fans are the best at bending over and allowing themselves to be royally shafted without complaint. You just ask Mike Ashley.

bobbydazzla
On reflection, I think there might be something up with the Arsenal East Stand ticket price. I seem to remember that the website fucked up and was selling the tickets for the wrong price on queue day. I was pretty sure the normal price for East Stand was £50ish for that season. Whitley mag
Ticketing is all over the shop and an absolute shambles. The amount of tickets that can’t be purchased due to a ridiculously over sized family enclosure, huge inflated prices that have gone under the radar, large swathes of hospitality seats that they struggle to shift due to overpricing and help kill the atmosphere due to being located in prime sections. If you add in the ID checks without notice for away fans, it’s fair to say that Peter Silverstone is a cunt and good riddance. Interpolic
Someone mentioned this the other day but the latest brilliant addition to ticketing is the presence of disabled tickets when you're checking resale (for the Man City game anyway). Can they not add a filter ffs, so I'm not seeing disabled, youth and hospitality tickets every time I hit f5? The process is miserable enough without them actively making it worse, no consideration for the user experience at all.

I wondered if it was done deliberately to confuse bots, because an automated programme will try to buy the ticket and disabled / yoots can only be purchased by a tiny % of members so the bot programme will be hoovering tickets it can't buy. Then I wondered if our ticketing team is even smart enough to think that like. And then I realised that hospitality tickets are usually there for weeks on end because very few people want to pay 400 sovs to watch NUFC play a run of the mill league game. You can all get on with your day now knowing that Uncle Bobby is always wondering about tickets and Michelle Collins. Lonely in the new year Bob? Got me thinking you've got a dedicated room plastered in photos and magazine clippings of your favourite bombshell. Hopefully not plastered in anything else neither. It's a nice thought but I know from first hand experience that they couldn't give a shite about bots/touts.

Oh aye, we know that. Take the presentation at the Ticketing Workshop: "We're doing everything we can to catch touts and ban them, whilst still offering unlimited low cost unvetted memberships all season long" Imagine going to a home security workshop and saying: "I'm doing everything I can to stop people burglarising my house. Top of the range alarm, massive lock on the front door, Neighbourhood Watch sign on the front gates, the lot. But I never lock the back door, ever. And I even have a sign outside the house saying my back door is never locked"

Adam
Can't find the tickets thread. Anyone else unable to add tickets from their account to their mobile wallet. The usual website that does that is giving me a 404 error.

Yeah the site has been knackered for a couple of days, I've been sent 3 lots of Man City tickets, none of which work, luckily I already downloaded my Bournemouth one

Groundhog63
As it goes, since I started bothering my arse buying tickets in the Member sale, we're a tad more relaxed about the whole Membership/Ballot scam. Will see how that pragmatism goes when this rush of home games, whilst people are skint, ends and it's a bun fight again.
Dan
I'm looking to start bringing my daughter to SJP next season. Is the success rate in the ballot for the family section any better than the rest of the stadium?

Reckon since the ballots started up I've got better than a 1 in 2 success rate for Level 7. For anywhere else it's probably 1 in 5 or 1 in 6.
