Moyes had signed Coufal who’s done well for them and I think was runner up player of the year for them season before last. Look at Targett with us. These things can happen. Doesn’t diminish the ability a player potentially has not being picked when they seen as junior squad players especially. Just need a lucky break sometimes and run in the team. He won't take a squad place until next season so Howe and the coaching team can get a real close look at him to see if he can really be a legit backup for Trippier. It doesn’t sound like he’s pulled up trees at West Ham, but the club have been trying to get this deal done for a year now. Dennis Wise scouting suggest he's like a very raw Trippier. Technically good, gets forward and crosses into the box. Also has scored a free kick that Trippier would have been proud of.
