Miggy for me - absolutely unplayable pre-WC, and 2nd half of the season has still played a vital role in the way we play. Endless energy.

Pretty sure we literally didn't win a (league) game without Bruno this season? Of course that goes for quite a few players, especially in defence as it was so consistent, but Bruno being on just 10% is mad to me like.

Has to be Schar, Botman or Pope. All have been very consistent and not really missed a game. I've gone Schar as he has been outstanding and played through a lot of head injuries.

Just seen this thread but has to be Joelinton for me. Played 2 or 3 roles repeatedly all season and was an absolute battering ram with nothing lower than 6/10 performances in almost every game. Closely followed by Trippier I reckon for me and perhaps Almiron and Botman.

 

It's mad though how many players had a truly wonderful season.

For the 3 followers of my player match ratings, this is how it turned out over the full season. Any player that didn't make at least 25 appearances was taken out.

Voted for Miggy but have no objections to Big Joe winning it. So many of our players have been fantastic or made huge progress this season so it was kind of hard to just pick one 😊
