After yesterdays shit-show I can see these knocking us out.   2 quick first half goals will knock the fuck out of us. And a third and fourth in the second half ends us.

aye fair one we won’t be up for it on Wednesday and won’t be looking to bounce back so 0-4 it is.

Fuck me, hope it's just at much City being atrocious today. We're not really strong enough to sustain a challenge for CL places, so a huge amount is resting on a league cup final.

Can see us being 2 nil down by half time.

Score draw I reckon. IIRC people felt similar going into the Liverpool game back in December, seeing them dismantle Man City at home in their preceding game funnily enough. Just hope the crowd are up for it.

we've been such a soft touch at home this season I think Arsenal will be quite confident

our lot won't know whether to stick or twist whereas they'll just go for it

hope the crowd can help lift the team but suspect they'll he nervy as fuck like me

I would have thought this game would make me more worried considering it’s 4-1. But Arsenal have looked uncharacteristically open for a lot of the game.

From 15 mins or whatever until City scored. I thought City were miles the better team. Just the usual poor defending and shooting themselves in the foot from City.

Looking for the positives

Honestly if we can't defend a 2-0 lead at home then we don't deserve to go through.

As I'm saying this, Arsenal have just scored a 5th against Man City.

But fuck em, they are using up all their goals today, we are keeping ours back for Wednesday. :indi:
