I very rarely got one of those errors back in the day, but still nice to see a tribute to it :)

 

Games were still horrifically slow and awkward to load from tape. :lol:

 

I had a +3 with the floppy drive, that was far faster. I felt special. ;)

I was always a C64 type, myself. They always had all the games racked next to each other in ASDA whenever I went for the weekly shop, with only a thin orange, yellow, or red line to differentiate. Same covers otherwise.
