Other Clubs' new kits

adidas might f*** us off if we continue to be so mediocre.  We were their biggest seller alongside Bayern and Liverpool 10 years ago.

I doubt it. Adidas have just signed up Derby County.

Derby?!?!

Well that just cheapens the brand.  At one time they only had Newcastle, Real, Milan, Bayern, Marseille and Ajax

aye, now add to that Liverpool, Chelsea and Derby

Ajax Away 07/08

So this is the standard adidas away shirt? Liverpool have it as well...

Wonder if ours will be like it?

"We have no way of knowing whether this is valid or fake, but one of the EPL Talk readers has sent us the following image of the supposed Liverpool shirts for next season (pictured right).

The picture features an away jersey for Liverpool's 07/08 season and an international home shirt to be played on nights when Champions League matches would be played. To me, the Champions League reminds me more of Spain than Liverpool with the yellow trim. Or perhaps it's supposed to be gold but the color doesn't translate well on the computer screen?

The Champions League shirts would feature an '08 sponsorship to promote across Europe the fact that Liverpool has been selected as the European Capital of Culture for 2008. During '08, hundreds of cultural events will be taking place around Liverpool to celebrate the honor.

Fake or not? You decide."

Blatantly fake. You can see clearly where it's been photoshopped and I'm sure Carlsberg would have something to say about effectively paying to NOT have their logo in the big Champions League games.

Not necessarily. In some countries it is illegal to advertise for alcohol at sporting events (I think France is one) so there have been ocassions where a new sponsor is made specifically for an away game there or no sponsor at all.

Seeing as we NEVER have standard kits, i doubt it.

Those colours look sexy, though. Nice kit that.

I'd bet my left bollock that they are fakes.

I know the rules on alcohol, they have been in place for many years and either clubs have plain shirts or some marketing gimmick such as LFC having "Probably..." in place of the sponsor. Furthermore,  you can only be sponsored by one organisation. If they use two different brand names on home and away kits then that is allowed but Carslberg have nothing to do with Liverpool 08.

So as I said, it's fake.

When I look at this picture I think "Gillette advert"

I have no idea why..

probably because of the 3 action-magnetic-pulse-particle-turbo charged-nitro blades in the back

You can have a different sponsor for games in European countries with said rules, we had Centre Parks on our shirts a few years ago when we played a UEFA Cup game in France because we couldn't advertise alcohol.
