Just had a look at old league tables and....

Sunderland got 15 points last season, 19 points in their previous Premier League season, add those two together and if they had of been in the League this year points from BOTH of their previous campaigns STILL wouldnt have been enough to keep them up!

Yeah this was the joke made at the end of last season :D

 

that they could have played 76 league games to everyone else's 38 and would still have gone down.
