Ipod Help

Lads how to i get videos onto an ipod, i dont want to use quicktime as you have to pay for it, even though i just spent £300 on the ipod itself  :roll:

No mine was slightly different problem. What are you using to add videos ? Or do you mean you want to know how to rip DVDs then add them to your Ipod ? If it's that then read this http://www.teampsp.co.uk/tutorials/how-do-i-get-my-dvds-on-my-psp- (I don't think it links correctly so go to "PSP Tutorials" and choose "How do I get my DVDs on my PSP?") now I know this is from PSP but that tutorial includes information about Ipods and it works.

Seems like i'm always posting on the help forum anyway, i had lent my ipod nano to my mum recently, however about a week later she gave me it saying something was wrong. The screen is like a safety code with 4 digits to enter... how the hell did she get it on that screen i have no idea?

hmmmm strange not heard that one. Have you tried restoring the ipod to factory state ? Download http://www.apple.com/ipod/download/ and run it then tell it to restore. You'll lose everything on it but it might fix it.
