Fck me I dont want to give his role away at the club but he gets access to players managers etc, he has worked at the club a long time. He has never seen the likes of last night before and didn't paint a pretty picture to me on the phone this morning. My pal works for Reading, he was there last night. I dont care if you beleive it or not, but thats what happend last night.

From what I understand, last night Roeder had a massive pop at the players in the changing room and the players started answering back. They then ignored Roeder and marched onto the bus leaving Roeder in the changing room. My pal said he has never seen anything like it before. My pal was also pitchside next to our dug out, he reckons the players have zero respect for Reoder from what he was picking up lst night.

I dont like Big Sam but i would rather he stablised the club over the next 3-4 years than Roeder.
