It looks as though he has that sense of belonging to the team there now. I do feel Anderson has shown enough as cover. If Longstaff’s in there then Anderson should be in terms of consistency, ability and determination. I feel Anderson’s starting to show that more and has a wealth of talent around him to bring him on. I think with Miley he will continue to benefit well training with the first team and be involved at points off the bench late on to see how he gets on, but the focus is on Anderson for me.

Not really understanding the criticism on Target. He has been a little slow since getting games again, but is starting to show what he offers. We definitely need strengthening in that position, but he’s certainly a worthy back-up or a player to depend on when needed I feel. Burn belongs at centre-back. He can get caught out at times too, but I think that is more to do with being disciplined within his role with his positioning. I’m pleased to see what’s happening with all the investment going into our academy team as it looks like we’ll have a good handful of players coming into the 1st team, but right now we need that strength in depth and with the games ahead in the season, especially if we have injuries or suspensions to key players, we need to bring in more reliable players right-back, centrally and left-back.

I thought it would be the other way around, which is why I ordered a an XL instead of an L. I don’t know if the neckline is bigger on the snide and maybe the sleeves.

I think it’s the expectations of being the new Pirlo or Gattuso. He’s his own player. He looked fantastic last night - his passing, determination with challenges and chasing the ball not to mention his set-play pieces. He does look like he’ll definitely match that quality of Bruno and possibly more. You have to remember he’s still young too.
