It's been over 3 weeks and now 3 emails asking for an update one just one top that I ordered. I still haven't heard a thing! Is this normal??

Email sent. Abysmal from Castore tbh. Can't handle the heat.

It's something Castore as a large organisation should have planned for regarding demand. With Rangers alone they should have known they'll need to expand operations quickly following last season but they're in the same situation as Newcastle too. Both sets of kits are made distributed by Castore, and the customer service is non existent

I'm not surprised with Castore. They can't handle the demand at all.

I ordered my 3rd strip about 2 weeks ago now and still haven't heard a thing.. are you guys that ordered the same one in the same boat too?
