NUFC transfer rumours in the press

Recommended Posts

Best has been linked with other clubs.

Would rather it's not him though.

Think that wouldn't class as a 'Ranger' level of shock, considering he's currently the best striker on our books.

Would be disappointed if true, though.

It's not Kazenga he's talking about. Kadar is a good shout...maybe tomorrow will be early Christmas and it's Perch.

Would not be surprised at all if it is Kadar. Talented defender IMO, but has been completely stunted by injuries.

Im sure it's Lua Lua, and Douglas isn't aware that we all know he is certain to leave. Maybe he is but he calls it a surprise just to sell some newspapers

Yeah, I reckon Lua Lua. It's disappointing, because the lad has talent. Like Ranger, perhaps not enough between the ears.

I think he means in terms of on-pitch intelligence, rather than off field shenanigans.

Both seem to be a bit up themselves. In a team game, especially if you're still a novice, that's not the place to be.

I'm disappointed, because I like both players in terms of their innate ability.

"As to whether LuaLua has improved as a player and a person remains to be seen, but his time with Brighton must have been more beneficial than lolloping around Darsley Park with the stiffs. Putting aside his ill fortune with injury, a timely injection of lower league reality followed by a chunk of top-flight pitch time can only have enhanced his value and put a spring in his step."

Looks like the player in question is Kadar, anyway.

Shame if true.  But yeah: too injured; too often.
