I haven't been watching Blackpool Wigan. But I cant imagine a team being worse than West ham so far. They've been genuinely woeful.

Blackpool score is probably a good thing for us

hows that then

Because Wigan getting off to a bad start is exactly what we need. Blackpool simply dont have the quality to stay up, whatever todays result may be.

Get Zigic on McLeish

In my fuking dream team, thought with Phillips out for ages he'd be a certain to start. Stupid Scottish cunt.

a Birmingham loss will still be a decent result for us. Take a look at their starting line up, it's poor like. Got to be one of the candidates for the drop, more so than the mackems.

Being fair, this always happens when shite teams come up. Hull beat Arsenal the other year, and Burnley beat Man Utd. Wigan are rubbish.

Marlon Harewood signs for Blackpool, 2 yr deal

Mugs.

 he is so s***.. even for Blackpool

Have you seen our strikers? He's better than 4 of them.

Nail on head yet again, Skirge.

Think Blackpool could be the Hull of the 2008/2009 season for that year. Strong start and getting close to relegation/getting relegated in the end.

Agree, Bent can score them out of any danger if worst comes to worst IMO.

Even Derby got a point on the opening day.

watching the highlights again blackpool could've scored 6 that half. seemed like every time they went forward they were presented with a gilt edged chance through wigan's ineptitude.

Wigan themselves almost got a result against Chelsea a few seasons ago. That match when Crespo scored an absolute beauty.
