The other games today - 2010/11

Anyway, Atlético-Barça in a bit. Only La Liga pitch Guardiola has never won in, and this fixture is almost always a massive entertainer.

Was a class game last year iirc.

As a player too or just as a manager?

3-0.

I know everyone talks about Drogba, Malouda, etc, but that midfield is terrifying. Three physically quick and strong players who can hold anyone of, spray the ball around with ease, and get it forward. Little to do about that for a small club.

This is insanity.

As manager. Always been a hard away fixture for us but we won there several times while he played.

I've no doubt we'll get battered at Stamford Bridge (in the league) too but I don't think it'll be this bad.

Got a 0-0 draw last time :smug:

Having the likes of Tiote in midfield will be massive. Chelsea's midfield is so much stronger and more confident than Blackpool's. They have way too much time on the ball. Three or four passes and they're through.

Still don't think Chelsea are as good as some are thinking tbh.

They had the easiest teams who were available for the start of the league. Next week they'll play Man City and that'll be more interesting.

The scary thing is that last season, they dominated the other "big" clubs.
