The club's position, aside from them being an item not permitted according to ground regulations, is that the vast majority of fans do not wish them to be heard within the ground.

 

Is that the first one they've got right? :laugh:

Don't they know the east stand can't sing.  It's not in thier nature.

I personally find it racialist.

 

This has been part of african culture for generations! Dating all the way back to their ancestors in 1997 AD.

It's not really African culture though, is it. It's a single-tone horn that can cause dangerously excessive noise.

 

When they start banning djembes, mbiras and talking drums from stadia I'll agree maybe.
