he was caught speeding and when they pulled him over he told them he was Morgan Freeman.

What constitutes fraud in relation to driving offences?

 

Driving without insurance I'm guessing, it was mentioned he wasn't insured, or at least insured properly.

 

Hopefully that's all it is.

Naah, it's fraud. He'd have to be doing four-point turns and telling everyone they were three-pointers.

"Fraudulent Driving Offenses" sounds horrible to fair. Hopefully its something as simple as you both had mentioned.

 

Just find that wording of the offense to be fucking awful.

i got done for this a while back when i put my new reg plates on before the paperwork was sorted and my new log book came through so the my new reg and log book did'nt match when i got pulled over. just got points & a fine!
