January transfer aperture ceases to exist!

Agree with Goran here. We´ve got a top class striker in, no outgoings of significant note, tried to get a backup CB/RB but will not pay over the odds. Fair enough. Good window. Just shut it now.

Same, close that shit up tight. "Slam it shut", to coin a phrase.

Aye, good and tight. There's no way Tiote can fit through a gnats chuff.

What time does it actually shut?

Just want to make sure I'm not trapped inside, with a never-ending stream of twitter rumours to listen to.

11pm.

Are we still the highest spenders, if so it would be funny if it ends up that way.

Chelsea are, I think.

SSN reckons:

Chelsea - £14.2m

NUFC - £9m (biggest spend on a single player though)

QPR - £7m

wouldn't be surprised to see David Craig announce he's 'received information from Newcastle United that their business is done'.

That is until we sign a top class centre back  O0

Sky Sources: Fulham to sign Pavel Pogrebnyak for fee of around £3 million. #deadlineday #ssn

They were saying that last night on the radio.

would've been a good transfer a couple of years ago, seems to have gone off the boil somewhat recently. think barrios would be a better bet as he was in fantastic form as recently as last season. recover that spark and they'd have one of the best strikers in the premiership.

He's so close to the action, on the cutting edge, switched on, connected etc.

Might as well, just to stop the F5'ing.

Who have Chelsea signed apart from De Bruyne? They sold Alex for £4m as well.

Cahill.

Lucas Piazon joined this month too.

David Craig:  We heard Newcastle won't increase their bid.  We also heard that Wigan had a bid accepted.  So now its up to the player.  Does he want to go to Wigan, or does he want to go to Newcastle?'

Well, if we don't have a bid accepted, we won't sign him, will we David?  You fucking plank.

Chances are he would try and force a move here if he wanted it enough, and they would almost have to accept the bid.

Did you just hear them say 'turned down Wigans deal' on SSN?

Yep.

Mike is such a c***.

FYP

I'd never say that about Mike, man.
