Burnley lose their main goal scorer and suddenly the game is off. Aye, nothing dodgy about that.

Glass houses and all that [emoji38] but aye, the whole thing is a bit of a joke now.

Arsenal v Tottenham in doubt due to Arsenal absentees.

So as long as the club doctor says a player is injured they can get the game called off?

Does anybody check the injuries are genuine?

‘kin hell man. Hope he’s ok.

Alfonso Davies having some issues too. He's just had COVID.

Edit: they've both recently had it.

The good thing about that is, they'll have to squeeze them in which could mean them playing more games in a week with little rest. It actually goes against them.

Unless Burnley are absolutely fucked, they are really daft to get their game postponed. Leicester got fucking loads of players out as well, they will no doubt be in much better shape by the time the re arranged fixture takes place.

Pretty disgraceful if as they were reporting on Soccer Saturday that Arsenal only actually have 1 Covid case and have just sent out 2 first team cover players on loan! They currently have 12 out through injury/suspension/AFCON

Burnley asking for there game against Watford to be called off. Probably a good thing for us tbf

If granted their next 3 games would be Arsenal, Man Utd and Liverpool.

Would be preferable. I also think this backlog of games could end up fucking them over.

I agree to an extent. But only if we begin to win a few and put pressure on them.

Transfer budgets aside, purely on points and games played I'd much rather be in their position.

18 weeks till the season ends and Burnley have 21 games left should be fine for them

Depends on who they have called games off against and their cup commitments, Burnley wont be able to decide when they want to play the games
