Yep. Obviously have no insight into his thoughts on joining.

They could still buy him tbh, assuming they would sell. But again, there's no guarantee he would have the same success at this level. But yeah, go for it, nothing to lose at this point apart from 20 or 40 million.

He has a chance to score against Leeds for sure. However the Leeds game demonstrates how effective pace is up front

We've got two really pacy forwards in Max and Almiron, but they end up running sideways quite a lot.

Looks very slow, and lacking finishers' instinct, but gives us an extra dimension. Won a lot of headers, held the ball up well.

Definitely needs pace around him, and not a long-term solution.

Great in the air, pap on the deck. Desperate for a goal. Played his part though and put a right shift in covering for ASM deep multiple times.

Some ok hold up play. He is a presence in the box which is massive for us. In balance I thought he was fucking grim today though.

We need another striker, no doubt but he is a useful weapon off the bench or dependent on the gamelan.

I thought he was very poor in the box, but decent outside of it, with winning balls in the air, good lay offs, holding the ball up and drawing their CBs out which allowed ASM for example to make straight direct runs into their box. He was playing very deep though, too deep. Defensively he did well too.

Can we let the guy settle in and get to know his team mates abit more before we scrap heep him..

Nope! He’s shit. Might as well have kept Carroll - he’s mile better in the air
