A goalie can play outfield normally. One rule we did sometimes play is that any ‘fog man back’ or ‘rush goalie’ wasn’t allowed to cross halfway in normal play. They are just the only ones permitted to use their hands which is why their shirt is a different color. But they can go anywhere on the field they want.
