Brilliant news. Anything to give that midfield some more legs is a bonus.

Pope, Joelinton and Wilson are all huge players for us - Tonali too - so there simply won't be a point this season where absences aren't impacting our ability to get results, but we're starting to look in much better shape.

Feels great to have some midfielders on the bench who can bring some pace and power.

Anderson back on the bench is a lovely boost.

Would have preferred if Sean got a rest but otherwise can't grumble at that at all. Strong side.

31' We are forced into an early change as Joe Willock can no longer continue.

Get well soon, Joe. ?

Feel for Tino like.

It is a quick turnaround though. I can understand it unless that’s him benched for several games

Think we’ll see the main XI thrown out.

Big game, back to the ones who delivered under Howe last season. Same approach as to Sunderland away.

Murphy the surprise change to what I felt.

Not only a rest but he should be dropped based on the last games, but we dont have many options so he continues.
