I know I will be in the minority here, but Everton are looking to offload Amadou Onana
I think he has all the tools to be a top player. Ticks the "not midget" category tooLike him
How much would you pay for him? -
A lot of great captains played on the edge, and many of them in the same position he plays.
-
You can’t sell players that are injured all the time anyway. Look at Tierney, Arsenal would love to have sold him by now and everyone knows he’s a good player.

Relieved to hear we’ll be after good players. Going after bad players would’ve been a strategic mistake. -

Is Phil Mustard’s son a big scalp to take? Also, is Phil Mustard a real name?

Haaland, just fuck off forever, awful footballer
Roy Keane is wrong 99% of the time. The one time he’s right, he gets abuse for it. -
Rigged.

If it makes any of the detractors feel better, we’ll be having the same debate next year when Luke runs this article again.
-
I think we just get linked to premier league players that other clubs want to shift. Everton will be looking to raise funds so they’ll be getting his name out there. Not one bit of me thinks we’re in for him.
-
I think it’s impossible for us to really know if he was doing a good or bad job, but his behaviour this year isn’t that of someone you want at your club IMO. And I’ll say it again, he wanted Gary Neville as England manager.
-
As it stands I’m not sure what the club should’ve done differently, other than not hire him in the first place. Man U have gone about this in a very underhand and sneaky way, and that cannot be rewarded. We’re losing out financially and it’s far from ideal, so from that perspective it’s disappointing, but on the other hand we’re operating as we should and aren’t being taken for mugs. It also gives us an opportunity to right the mistake of hiring, and him an opportunity to sit watching Gary Neville highlights. In regards to the transfer market, it’s pretty evident we can operate without him just fine.
-
I can picture Luke’s source sniggering on the end of the phone as they tell him we’re after DCL for the 8th consecutive summer.
-
Man U giving everyone a lesson on how not to go about things. I can’t imagine a way in which they could’ve fucked this up more. They could’ve just done it by the book, been professional (ie not insulting the people you’re negotiating with in the press), and made a reasonable compensation offer. Instead they tried to do it in a cheap underhand way, and end up looking like fools. It’s a bit silly.
Comforting to know their new regime is another clown in a minefield though.

I have no idea what the conclusion of all this will be. Rattledcliffe has clearly tried to pull a fast one and has been caught out. Meanwhile, he’s been taking jabs at Newcastle in the media making this a high profile situation (rather silly really), so his ego probably won’t be able to take forking out reasonable compensation. I wouldn’t be surprised if Daniel finds himself unemployed in late 2025. I reckon at some point during the summer Rattledcliffe has one last lash out, probably in an interview with Oliver Holt, and walks away while accepting none of the blame.
-
I can’t think of this guy now without thinking of Gary Neville’s story about Dan telling him he’s got a shout at the England job if he has a couple of good months at Valencia.
-
When it comes to technique, the only real problem Bruno has is some of the players around him.
-
I’m hoping the rumours of Leeds wanting to bid for him this summer are true, and that Howe really is ruthless.
-
Straight up bottlejob, that Man U defence is made of paper. The list of players I would look to shift in the summer has just grown.
-
Foul from Amrabat. Wtf are they watching?
-
Feels like we’re playing with a 1 man midfield.

Seen a bunch of them still going on about our goal on twitter, apparently if it wasn't wrongly allowed then they would have won the league already. I'm guessing maths isn't a strong feature in Holloway?
They still haven’t got over it. They never mention Havertz trying to break Longstaff’s leg, if that was dealt with properly it would’ve been a straightforward win for us. -

Sesko isn't going to happen. We aren't going to drop 70m+ on a guy who plays in the same position as Isak. Unless Isak leaves.
I think there’s going to be a reality check about how much we can spend this summer. We’re already committed to spending a chunk on Hall. -
Love a keeper howler.

He slows the game down. We could do with more players that know how to slow the game down at times.
