My argument has been the same throughout this discussion. I don't know what you are talking about. I said Robben deserved a penalty because he was fouled. It is necessary to dive sometimes when you have genuinely been fouled in order to get a free or penalty that you deserve. That is literally all I've said from the beginning Agree. We've all seen times a player has missed a chance having ridden a poor challenge thats clearly affected his ability to score, before it was remarked "He'd have had a pen there if he'd gone down". This complete honesty in football ideal is great if refs were consistant but they're not. Robben was clearly fouled & deserved a pen first half, its hardly suprising hes then made the most of further incidents.

It's a ridiculous punishment, ban him 4,6 months 12 months from football, but banning him from training and going to watch games is ridiculous and has nothing to do with a fair punishment and all to do with politics.
