Just a shame about the plasticy numbers, the rest looks smart though.

They're actually not that bad. i was literally standing under a light that probably makes them look a lot tackier than they were. It's great that they also do the numbers and name style of the time

Generally day to day I wear large which is a tiny bit baggy or XL for a baggy fit.

Whats the numbers/brown ale, the slightly felt feeling material?

The quality is pretty decent. The brown ale badge on my 95/96 home felt like a cardboard dinner plate on my belly (might of been less annoying if i got XL) This one is more material. I mean fair play they do all the little details canny well

    Size up then brother.

Aye when I bought the 95/96 shirt I read after that they recommend you get your next size up. So when I got the away top of the same season I got extra large and it's great. I like them a bit baggy too due to being a bit more of a fat cunt than I was in 1999 👍

I work in Nottingham so work alongside a load of forest fans so really pleased for them as they all wished us on last season.

hopefully the fixtures are kind and i can go down for our game.  it's been great seeing how much they were getting into it.  My mate sent me a text before when i gave my congratulations just saying "i'm crying" [emoji38]

  5. Proper buzzing for Forest as i have some good friends who support them. When we got rid of Ashley it was mad that i started caring again and to be invested in football again and to be happy for other peoples teams is great. The last two months have been amazing for football :smitten:

As someone who doesn’t live in Newcastle I’d love to hear more about this. I’ve always imagined Shearer to be a decent bloke - is he a bit of a shit?

My sister hates him [emoji38] Doesn't give a fuck about football but she was in a petrol station with my niece and he was in. She went oh look there's Shearer. He replied that's Mr Shearer to you. She was fucking livid [emoji38]

Used to love a school holiday trip to the airport as a bairn, pre 9/11, like. You used to be able to get out on the balcony and watch the planes land.

Aye we used to do that too. Watch the planes and play on the arcade machines. I think i'd find it massively depressing as an adult being there now and not flying off somewhere nice [emoji38]
