Sorry - the only thing may be that the age group of the ticket you want to assign is not appropriate or is his age set in his profile?

Something seems 'off' about them only mentioning the allocated seating yesterday and the range was stated as £44 to £74.  Then when you have the option to select a category the family option is there with a £31(IIRC) starting point for an adult ticket.  Raises a couple of concerns/questions around did the initial random allocation completely forgot about family category?  Or did they want to try and get away with bumping the family category?...  I think the whole thing has been poorly implemented and communicated.  The club have been somewhat underhanded IMHO not raising these solution for discussion at the various ticket engagement events or with the fan groups.  First mis-step from the owners that has impacted a large number of people.

As @Wilson mentioned - you can only select linked accounts that also have membership.

After a saga of creating and linking 3 accounts managed to get tickets sorted out.

Some interesting bits on the new accounts, there are options to forward the tickets and also to resale the tickets the options don't seem to actually function yet but hopefully indicate the way that tickets will be allowed to be passed on.

As expected with the changes to Season tickets/Membership you are only able to buy a single ticket appropriate for the age category of your ticket.  Pretty silly of them not to have put membership on sale given the fact that home pre-season friendlies tend to be family oriented.  Will have to wait and see what happens with getting membership sorted for my kids...  Going to be an expensive pre-season ticket if you have to buy membership and £15 for a kids ticket.

Wonder if in-person is going to be a better option.

I have some concerns over the redevelopment of the training ground under Ashley.

 

As he has a history of doing things on the cheap, will it really be state of the art?  Will he try to incorporate SD somehow in the building structure.

 

Will the club actually own it or could he transfer it to one of his other holdings and loan it back to the club.

 

Probably being a bit paranoid but I can't help but wonder what is in it for him as there is little evidence of him spending money on the infrastructure of the club unless it is to reduce running costs or can promote SD.
