we got beat 1-0 on astro, by a side misway through their season, its not the end of the world. remember we got smashed by orient before romping the championship 2 pre seasons ago. pre season is more for fitness and the heat we are playing in will help so much, i have full belief that we will be ready for the season and looking stronger than last year.

why is everyone digging at barton? you have to realise that you have to have a certain arrogance to make it to the top in most things. maybe he shouldn't put it out in public, but if these rants stop all the other stupid things he does let him get on with it. He is better than parker, easily in my mind. he starred in our side out of position all of last season, the guy is a class player.

I still think he'll sign before start of the new season, he is a great player for us and seems to want to be here. I think the broad vs him and his agent is juat 2 stubborn sets of ppl diggin their heels in, a compromise will be made at some point. take away his past and he's and england regular in my mind.

Hi ppl 1st post, i think we need a centre back for definate, coz being newcastle injuries will happen so gotta be safe and then another 2 strikers up top. I believe ba will be great for us, not seen loads of him, but my best mate is a west ham fan and thought he was excellent in a poor side and it take quite alot for him to rate players.
