Everyone is so focused on Saudi Arabia.  Why can’t our relationship with them work the other way around?  Why can’t Newcastle be a positive experience for them to learn?  Support the club and support our culture.    Let them see and maybe they start asking questions.  Ranting and protesting will do nothing to change them.  If you’re still uncomfortable, you better research everything else PIF is invested in.

But does our current league position give the owners a reason to go for it this year?  Secure CL status and maybe make a deep cup run?

You’re ok with Wood being 3rd choice? Things happen.  I like Wood’s effort but if we are to push for Champions League we need is better choice.

We need some depth to keep going.  One more striker, DM and winger.  Bench is still an issue.

I’m curious.  Regardless of FFP, would you rather spend money like Chelsea or ManU this summer?  Personally I’m very happy with our direction.  Please feel free to move this post if it isn’t in the correct topic.

This has been an amazing transfer window.  We are building with quality players on and off the pitch.  It will take some time to build depth.  Newcastle is moving in the right direction and couldn’t be more proud to say I’m a Newcastle supporter.  Honestly I am from the states and began to love the club because of the fans.  Everyone including @worflags makes this person from abroad feel extremely proud to claim to be a Newcastle supporter.  I can only dream of what you are able to do on a regular basis.  Experience St James  and the support of the crowd.  On TV it is amazing.  I share the ups and downs with you.  Please support the team even more on Saturday and cheer for me and many others who couldn’t have the opportunity to be there.  Newcastle is different.   Newcastle is family.

Both teams had chances.  I don't knwo how we didn't get a pen for the pull on Longstaff's shirt.  We need depth.  We are still building.  Keep moving forward and supporting the lads.

What a match!  The emotions up and down.  I love this team.  We are building in the right direction.

The fact we have 3 CBs that are good is just amazing.

I think we are building the correct way.  Budget or not.  We are getting players that have potential to get better and seem to have great character.   The last thing I want at United is players who consider themselves bigger than the club.  Howe has shown he can help players develop.  We will not be able to get the top top players until we are in Europe or spend stupid money on fees and wages.  I love our business so far.  Bring in some of the current players we are linked with and this transfer window will be huge success.

Lascalles was awful.  First half we looked great just no finishing.  Get the players we are linked with, we will stay up.  It’s not over.
