How underwhelming would that be especially when clubs like Forest are having a proper go. They don’t seem to be held up by FFP.

We need to stop being so frugal and pay the going worth for players to do the business we need to get done because as we saw yesterday when our better players have an off day we don’t have the squad depth to account for that.

That’s fair enough however I’d question why we’ve spent 40m on a Cb to sit on the bench when we need forward players.

Does this suggest his preferred CB partnership is Botman and Lascelles?

also interesting to see Trippier partnered with Fraser and Target with Murphy which may suggest Maxi may not start v Forest.

Exciting to see how the youngsters do if they get a chance from the bench.

Dan Burn being Dan Burn for the goal. Often gets caught in between. Decision making on when to pressure is poor.

He was signed under the previous regime. Refreshing to see younger players given a chance.

hopefully we can now sell Lewis who has lost a massive opportunity this summer.
