Hes a whopper . Bangs on about Leazes Park but most fans if they had a choice would plump for Castle Leazes

Do fans have a say so ? A casting vote ? A veto ? Imagine if the club wants / needs to move but the current fanbase says no and then PIF decide to walk away citing lack of ambition on the fans part ?

So , if we move would we still call both ends of the ground Leazes end and Gallowgate end ? Or would it be the Aramco Stand @ Leazes end ? etc ? How much moolah could we make by naming 4 stands and also the stadium ? ie Aramco Stadium @ St James Park ?

Think of the jobs it will create

From clubs perspective it gets more fans in the stadium eating and drinking before and after the match = more £££££

Arena site is a no go . Its too small and you have to account for police / ambulance / fan access . Agree it would look lovely but be freezing in winter with a cold wind whipping in off the tyne

If not Castle Leazes then this . Move the race course elsewhere . Lots of space for parking Regents Centre Metro .
