Relegation might be a good thing

I can't think of a single example of a side benefitting from relegation.

 

It did blackburn some good tbh.

 

I don't think it helped them. They were just lucky they recovered from it quite quickly, it's a big difference. One of my housemates is a Rovers fan, he reckons that had they not come up that season they may never have come back up, as they're not traditionally a big club, and they don't have a very big fan base.
