There are a few condensending bits in that letter which would they'd do well to remove but overall, i have to say thats a fantastically constructed letter, really uses the right tone and has actually addressed alot of issues without being abrasive.

 

  To who ever wrote that.

 

If only NUSC had relseased that as there first statement.
