Dont know if this is true. But on the radio they are saying they come April you pay 50% tax on gross profit. They said Manchester united swerved it when they sold Ronaldo as they paid a lot of debt off. Liverpool are now debt free and would of paid 25 million on the money Torres went for, hence why they were desperate to spend it. And it says Newcastle, being mostly debt free, will pay it on the carroll money. Please god tell me this is bollocks.

That sounds possibly the most un-torie policy ever that.  Also Liverpool are not debt free (they are their debt to Henry i.e.  Like us with Ashley).
