You tend to get quite frustrated when everyone jumps at you for basically no reason and explanation. True, i tend to find that expressing something in words is difficult as you cant get the tone across. Don't want to be patronising (that means talking down to people like me), but it can be difficult to communicate effectively in your first language, never mind another. A little leeway, guys?
