He was a very good player for Werder Bremen, blew up for Germany in South Africa, and was a key piece for Real. Except for his first half season, he's been pretty pedestrian for Arsenal. Not hard to explain really, he's a number 10 playing on the wing of course he's gonna look like garbage. Put Fabregas out there and he'd look like crap too but fortunately Mourinho isn't that stupid. As he has a history of doing things on the cheap, will it really be state of the art? Will he try to incorporate SD somehow in the building structure. Will the club actually own it or could he transfer it to one of his other holdings and loan it back to the club. Probably being a bit paranoid but I can't help but wonder what is in it for him as there is little evidence of him spending money on the infrastructure of the club unless it is to reduce running costs or can promote SD.
