Good that big clubs can see past the fact a manager might be on a hiding to nothing with the squad they have if they like certain philosophies that they might feel could scale up to a better level. I know for Martin that'd just mean trying to stop Celtic's dominance but if he does a good job, he'd be in line for a mid-table PL club next and so on.
