As you's say I can't see him moving up and starting anywhere regularly. A rotation for Spurs, possibly Man Utd, but he'd be better off staying at Everton IMO. Apparently we've been speaking to Everton about him for a while. I fully expect him to move to us, but maybe the Siggy stuff is holding it up. Ironically someone like Rafa would be great for his development. I'd happily see us splash 30m plus on him. He is someone you build your team around.
